About Albert

Albert is a counselling psychologist with a background in human resource management. As a psychologist, most of his work concerns the provision of counselling and psychotherapy, that is, helping people, including children and adolescents from secondary school age upwards, with issues that are troubling or distressing them, for example, stress and anxiety, depression, or low mood, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement, bullying, anger, substance abuse and addiction and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). He has found his business and human resources background to be very useful in cases where the person’s distress is connected with, or spills into, their world of work. Using this background, he also provides business, life and job-seeker coaching to help people with any personal or career development objectives. Depending on the severity and complexity of the issue and the work that the person would like to do, he can provide short-term intensive counselling and coaching sessions or deep, longer-term psychotherapy sessions.
